Initial gap assessments are usually performed internally by the client or can be conducted externally by the consultant as warranted by the complexity of the project and the degree of risk.

We undertake agri-environmental IM projects that address one or more of three broad subject areas:

data  management,
information systems, and
knowledge bases.

As a first step, our approach to each project is determined by a  needs assessment (NA) or gap analysis which leads to more focussed research and clearer project objectives.
